My husband has been at The Grove of La Grange Park for five months. The entire staff, especially the nurses, CNAs, social workers, administrator, and the business office manager (Aurora), have been very accommodating. They take an active interest in the residents’ wants and needs. The activity aides do an excellent job of getting the residents to exercise and participate in various activities. I recently stayed at The Grove at La Grange Park after undergoing foot surgery. I chose this facility due to its attractive appearance as I drove by and also because a friend recommended it. My experience there was exceptional. The nursing staff was friendly, attentive, and the facility itself was beautiful. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality care provided by mytherapists, including Selena, Dorton, Corey, and Azela. They were all incredibly kind and supportive during my rehabilitation process, and their encouragement meant a lot to me. Although I am happy to be back home, I do miss the staff and overall atmosphere of The Grove at La Grange Park. I have already recommended this facility to everyone I know. How can I rate a facility in 1,000 words or less when I need 10,000 words? From the administration down to maintenance, I rate the Grove of La Grange Park as excellent. It was outstanding overall. During my stay at The Grove of La Grange Park, I had a great experience with the staff. The Administrator Jen was always there for me whenever I needed help, and she was kind and understanding. Jasmine, the Admissions Director, was very helpful and friendly during the admission process. The rehabilitation department was outstanding. The Director of

Rehabilitation, Tim, and the therapists, Azela and Monique, provided excellent care for my rehabilitation needs. The nursing staff and CNA’s were attentive, and they truly care about their residents. The social worker, Shekoni, was also helpful during my stay and in helping me to discharge. The Activity Director, Tani, and her assistants, Johanna, Melissa, and Jada, made sure that I was engaged in all activities and special events. The dietary director, Liz, made sure that all my dietary needs were met accurately, and the food was delicious! Lastly, the environmental services staff kept the facility very clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I am grateful for the care and support provided by everyone.
